William Phillips built the Simple Invoice Maker app as a commercial app for iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Simple Invoice Maker.
By using Simple Invoice Maker, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information I Collect
Simple Invoice Maker does not require you to create an account, provide your name, or provide your email address in order to use the app.
Some information is stored locally on your device to provide app features, including invoices, customers, items, business information, payment information, invoice settings, app settings, currency preferences, and backup or import/export data you choose to create.
This locally stored information is used to provide the app's features and is not directly collected by me from your device.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Simple Invoice Maker may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and other purchase-related features through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Purchases and subscription billing are processed by the relevant app store platform. I do not receive or store your payment card details.
The app uses RevenueCat to help manage subscription status, purchase entitlements, introductory offers, free trials, and restore purchases. RevenueCat may process purchase-related information needed to determine whether paid access is active, such as app user identifiers, transaction identifiers, product identifiers, subscription status, purchase dates, renewal dates, cancellation status, and related information provided by Apple or Google.
Analytics and Crash Reporting
Simple Invoice Maker may use third-party services to help understand app usage, improve reliability, and diagnose errors.
These services may collect information such as device information, operating system version, app version, app interactions, crash logs, diagnostic information, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP address, and other technical information.
The app may use services such as Firebase and RevenueCat. These third-party services process information according to their own privacy policies.
Network Requests
Simple Invoice Maker may connect to the internet to check purchase status, open app store pages, send email through services on your device, or support app features such as cloud backup and restore.
When your device connects to servers or third-party services over the internet, technical information such as your IP address and request information may be processed as part of normal network communication.
Backups, Imports and Exports
If you choose to create a backup, export data, import data, or transfer data between devices, the files you create or select may contain invoice, customer, item and business information.
You are responsible for where you save, share, import, export or store those files. Cloud storage providers, email apps or file sharing services you choose to use may process those files according to their own privacy policies.
Log Data
If the app encounters an error or crash, diagnostic data may be collected through third-party crash reporting tools. This may include technical information such as device type, operating system version, app state at the time of the error, timestamps, and crash details. This information is used to identify and fix problems.

Simple Invoice Maker does not use browser cookies directly within the main app experience.

Data Retention
Information stored locally in the app remains on your device until you delete it, clear it using app controls where available, or uninstall the app.
Information processed by third-party services is retained according to the policies and settings of those service providers.
Security
I value your privacy and take reasonable steps to use trusted services and commercially acceptable methods to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Children's Privacy
Simple Invoice Maker is not directed to children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information in relation to the app, please contact me so I can review the situation and take appropriate action.
Your Choices
You can control app data directly within Simple Invoice Maker, including adding, editing, exporting, importing, backing up, restoring and deleting data where available.
You can also manage or cancel subscriptions through the subscription management tools provided by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
You can limit analytics or tracking through the privacy settings available on your device and app store account, where supported by iOS, Android, Apple, or Google.
